Before you withdraw

Make sure you have added at least one active bank account under Account, Bank Accounts. The account must be in the same name as your Classic THB2 account.

Your withdrawable balance must have met any turnover or bonus requirements. Check the Bonus page for details.

Withdrawal steps

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Account, then Withdrawal.
3. Choose your destination bank account.
4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, above the displayed minimum.
5. Click REQUEST WITHDRAWAL.
6. The Classic THB2 team verifies and processes it, usually within a few minutes during bank hours.

Operating hours

Withdrawals requested outside bank hours can still be submitted and are processed automatically once banks are back online. Track the status under your transaction history.
